Temporary worker/mini-job/working student (m/f) administration and marketing
1. Your tasks:
- General top management assistance: scheduling, annual budget, presentations, database maintenance... etc.
- Sorting and entering purchase invoices.
- Participation in marketing, e.g. market studies and analyses, marketing strategy, creation of advertising materials...
- (Participation in the) creation of advertising texts on website construction kit system
- (Participate in the) editing of blog articles on various aspects of Arab culture. No knowledge of Arab culture is necessary.
- Occasional written and telephone contact with customers and partners
- Perfect German in speech and writing
- Studies in marketing, business administration, business management, linguistics, literature, social sciences or training in the commercial field, marketing communications specialist, media specialist, qualified business administrator, administrative assistant or similar.
- Confident use of MS Office: Word, Excel, Power Point
- Professional experience is an advantage but not necessary
- Careful, tidy and able to work in a team
- Pleasant working atmosphere
- Flexible working hours from Monday to Friday,Weekend work and home office are possible upon request after training
